I believe it's important to capture macro images with different camera systems and different sensor formats, to allow you to determine what's the best fit for you. In this instance, the Pentax is APS-C and the Nikon is full frame. Definite advantage to tighter FOV on the Pentax with the crop factor. The second image was captured a day or two after rainfall, so the pollen is less evident on the butterfly and the Tithonia flower. Bottom line: both systems produce exceptional detail!
